We enjoyed our stay here very much. I have to say that when we booked this hotel we booked it purely for the swimming pool. When we arrived the hotel wasn’t in use as it was being repaired. We were told that when we booked this hotel it should have been on the booking that the pool was out of use. We have no way of knowing if this is the case or not but I don’t think we would have missed that detail. What I would say is that we were really disappointed and we let our feelings be known to Dennis on reception and he genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. He called around a couple of other hotels in the area and found us one to use (Radisson Blu). He even offered to call around some other local pools for us. He really went out of his way to help us. So if you are reading this Dennis then thank you for your help. Ps if anyone is going from the UK and wants to give Dennis a smile then he is a Harry Potter fan and loves Ron (amazing the things you learn about someone when you chat away)! The hotel isn’t really near the main part of Delhi and if you want to go in via taxi it is about £5 in a taxi and about 40 mins away. However if you are doing at peak times it can take more than double this time. One night we were over 2 hours sitting in traffic and one night over an hour. Twice Rickshaws wouldn’t take us as I assume it was too far for them. However Uber worked a treat and I think the longest we waited for one outside the hotel was about 5 minutes. We also got chatting to the men in the security desk while waiting for taxis and they were so mega friendly and helpful. Thank you Dennis and thank you Crown Plaza! We had a great stay

Hotel is located in north delhi Rohini area, just across the metro station and Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital, shopper stop is just next to hotel and a shopping mall in walking distance and also a public fun park Hotel has very welcoming staff, all the staff security, front desk, house keeping, restaurant all are very well trained and value their customers. We have stayed in room 1207 it’s fairly specious room with all the amenities which needed Bedding was comfortable, sheet and towel were high standard Bathroom was also specious with bathtub, closed shower and WC separately with all the toiletries needed Overall cleaning of room and bathroom was appealing for next stay and wish management maintain the standard Breakfast selection is quite wide, taste and quality of food was good enough and staff in restaurant was very welcoming

Traditional greeting and welcome at the entrance is a beautiful touch. Restaurant staff were simply superb!! Chefs were fantastic preparing amazing variety of food. Some staff are worth mentioning as they stood out. Dennis at the reception, Sushil the Maître”D , Ranjit, Kanahiya, Deepali in the restaurant and not to forget Devender, the Head Chef. Very humble and helpful people. In the housekeeping Barsha stood out for her care and attention to detail. Will be back next time we are in Delhi. Great work by the staff and Congratulations to all the staff and the Management!!! Thanks to all for making our stay wonderful and memorable!! Cheers

Great hotel. For India standards its perfect. Stuff is very helpful and on the high level. The room was cleaned every day, you got free water, safe. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant are great. You can try high level Indian cousin. Hotel offers transport to the airport for additional price but very comfortable car. Highly recommend.

Although it is a five-star hotel, the price that I paid was comparable to that of a three-star establishment. Undoubtedly, an excellent deal for the money. There is a spa, clubs, and a shopping complex in the vicinity. Especially noteworthy was the staff's high level of friendliness and professionalism.
